What was the highlight of Turtle Beach, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel
Pleasant
Great location with a beautiful beach. Very kind restaurant staff and decent food.
I understand they will close soon for a year of much needed renovations. The rooms should not be called “junior suites” in their current state. The waterfront staff was incredibly rude and much more focused on their side hustle to collect $ for jet ski rentals than the provisions of included water sports like sailing (hobiecats).

Very Good
The staff where very friendly and helpful. The beach and ocean where lovely, only downside was extension of beach your could go for a walk on was only long enough for a 5-10 minute walk depending on your pace. Ice cream parlour had a slightly limited choice but kids loved it. Caffee had a good variety of coffee and tea. Staff would go around handing popsicles around the pool in the afternoon which was very nice.
Facilities and furniture are somewhat dated, in my opinion that doesn't really deter the overall experience

Great low budget all-inclusive resort. Being refurbished soon as starting to look a litte tired.
Hotel facilities, good bedroom. The beach bar was very good.
Food a little disappointing with only 1 alternative restaurant which was nothing special.

Majority of staff were friendly and helpful Room was always cleaned
Food choices were very poor especially for kids Very tired, does not surprise me it’s closing for a refurb
